To deliver your purchases, run your member account, send receipts and service notices (and the newsletter only if you opted in), improve the platform, protect it against abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
The platform runs on modern cloud infrastructure operated by Crystal Forge Technologies, protected by encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure login, access controls that keep each member's data separate, routine backups and monitoring. Where data crosses borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected to a standard comparable to POPIA. In line with POPIA, we will notify you and the Information Regulator if a security compromise involving your personal information ever occurs.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements. To close your account and delete your data, email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
