This Privacy Policy explains how The Spa Blueprint collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit this website, purchase our products, or use the member area. The website and member platform are hosted and operated by Crystal Forge Technologies (www.crystalforge.io), who store and process member information on our behalf. Personal information is handled in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the GDPR and the Eswatini Data Protection Act.

To deliver your purchases, run your member account, send receipts and service notices (and the newsletter only if you opted in), improve the platform, protect it against abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
The platform runs on modern cloud infrastructure operated by Crystal Forge Technologies, protected by encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure login, access controls that keep each member's data separate, routine backups and monitoring. Where data crosses borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected to a standard comparable to POPIA. In line with POPIA, we will notify you and the Information Regulator if a security compromise involving your personal information ever occurs.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements. To close your account and delete your data, email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
We use cookies to keep your login secure, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

These terms apply when you buy any product from The Spa Blueprint Society. By purchasing, you agree to them.
Our products are digital and delivered instantly — downloads, editable Canva template links, documents and members’ content. Because you receive them straight away and they cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read each product description carefully before buying.
If a file will not download, a link is broken, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days and we will put it right — resend your files or correct your order. This covers genuine faults, not a change of mind. Charged twice or bought the wrong item by accident? Contact us within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
Built For You includes personal work we begin after purchase. Once we have started preparing your documents, the fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, tell us before we begin and we will refund you in full.
You can cancel anytime. Your membership stays active until the end of your current paid month and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable, as content and access are delivered each month.
Your templates and documents are licensed for use in your own spa or beauty business. You may not resell, share or redistribute them (edited or not) as your own product for sale.
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location and handled by our payment provider.
